Well, I am in my fourth week of eating clean and exercising and this week is going to prove to be challenging. It is "that time" and I can tell you how I am use to handling "that time." It is usually handled with lots of chocolate, being extremely lazy and lots of fast food. OMG! Taco Bell is my cure! What am I going to do?? This week is going to be extremely difficult, but I can get through it.
Normally during this time I am usually retaining a lot of water and weigh a few more pounds, so I wasn't hoping for much when I stepped on the scale. I was actually expecting a few pounds heavier. I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale and saw 162!! That is a few pounds less than last weigh in!! Wow!! So, that is my motivation!! I am expecting that once this week is gone and the bloated water weight it gone I might be down to 160!! That would be awesome! Needless to say I am excited for this week to be over and done with.
