Ready, Set, GO!

Okay here I am at the beginning of my journey. I am motivated and ready to start. I am married to a very fit, ex-personal trainer. He has competed in multiple bodybuilding shows and eats healthy everyday. He has been trying to help me with my goals since, well since forever. I always lacked the motivation to get up and go to the gym. I always had something better to do or I was too tired. My weight has been a roller coaster since I can remember; I would go from 110 to 180 to 150. I never attained my goals through "healthy" habits. Sadly there were attained through no eating for weeks at a time. This is probably the reason that the weight did not stay off.

I am not sure exactly what has snapped with me in the past weeks, but I am done. I am done with not being happy with what I see in the mirror. I am done with buying the next bigger pant size. I am done with not feeling well. I am do with it all.

I will attempt to blog my progress each week. Here is what I have to work with and what my goals are.

Beginning Stats:

Height: 5'4"
Weight: 170
Pant Size: 12/14
Body Fat: 25%

Cancun June 2011- I actually was at about 155 for this trip

Christmas 2011- Saw these pictures and felt horrible

I found a transformation story on bodybuilding.com and the woman in the story had beginning stats a lot like mine. I know it is unrealistic for me to compare myself to someone who is inches taller or shorter than I am so I feel as though setting my goal from her end result is something I can acomplish!!
Goal End Results:
Height: 5'4"
Weight:
130 lbs
Body Fat:
13%
