3 WEEKS
Oh, how things are looking so much brighter! I have not had junk food in 3 weeks now and I am feeling great. I have consistently made it to the gym 4-5 times a week! At this point it is getting a little easier. I feel as though I am not progressing as fast as I would like, but I guess that comes with territory of setting huge goals. At this point I am down one pant size and that pant size is actually starting to get lose, so inches have been lost. I am only down 5 pounds though. I have been at 165 for the past 4-5 days. 5 pounds in 3 weeks is not exactly how I imaged it, but it is in line with my goals. At this rate I have lost about 2 pounds a week and if I keep that up I will be down 56 pounds by the time of the show! I want/ need to be down at least 50 pounds to be able to compete so that is right in line with my goal! I am happy with the progress and I am not craving as bad as I was a couple weeks ago. That alone is a great thing. I am proud that I have been able to turn down donuts, candy, and cookies within that past week with minimum effort. I am not going to say with no effort because the temptation was there, but I overcame it!
